At Allan’s Disposal Services Ltd., we deeply value your business and strive to minimize any inconvenience during the Canada Post service disruption that took effect on Friday, November 15th, 2024.

To ensure uninterrupted services such as tippings and service cleanings, it is important that payments continue to be made within normal time frames. During this disruption, we will email all invoices, statements, and estimates. If you prefer, you may also pick these up directly from our location.

Payment Options During the Service Disruption:

1. E-Transfer: Send payments to payD@allans.blue.
2. By Phone: Call us at 306-931-2604 to pay using Mastercard, Visa or American Express.
3. In-Person: Visit our location to pay by cash, debit, cheque, or credit card.

Book a Tipping or Service Cleaning Options:

1. Email: Send an email with your name or company name, phone number, and the type of bin/toilet to tippings@allansdisposalservices.com
2. By Phone: Call us at 306-931-2604 and tell us your name or company name and the type of bin/toilet.
3. On Our Website Form: On our website allansdisposalservices.com/contact-us/ you can easily fill out your information on a form by clicking on the “Book at Tipping/Service Cleaning” Button.

Note: If you’d like to set up a regular schedule for your bin tipping or toilet service cleanings, let us know which bin(s) or toilet(s) you’d like included. With a schedule in place, your service will be automatically handled, saving you the need to call or email each time and avoiding potential delays. You can choose a frequency that works best for you, such as once a week, twice a week, every second Tuesday, once a month, every three months, bi-weekly, or any other preferred interval. There’s no extra charge for being on a schedule—you’ll simply pay the same rate as you would for on-demand services. We may also recommend specific days of the week to optimize the service for your needs.
