Understanding Shingles Bins
What Are Shingles?
Roof shingles are a type of roof covering made up of separate overlapping pieces. These elements are typically flat, rectangular shapes arranged from the roof’s bottom edge up, with each subsequent course overlapping the joints below.

Why Need A Shingles Bin?
Help save the environment by using a Shingles Bin to collect all the asphalt shingles as they are 100% Recyclable. Recycled shingles are most often used for paving projects, including public roads, driveways, and parking lots. It is not recommended to throw the shingles in the garbage. If any garbage is found in the bin the shingles cannot be recycled.
Who Needs A Shingles bin?
Anyone who is doing construction or renovations on a home where you are removing the shingles off the roof and need them disposed of by recycling.
