If you’re a homeowner and renting dumpsters/bins for the first time, you may be wondering why they are often referred to as “roll off”? The term comes from the way the roll off containers are off loaded onto your driveway as they “roll off” the back of the truck. These roll off containers actually go by many names, including driveway dumpsters; waste dumpsters; trash, rubbish, construction, garbage, refuse, yard waste dumpsters and more.
Front-Load Bins or Dumpsters are open-top or closed containers used to collect waste, recycling, compost/organics, and construction materials. They are the most economical because of the speed with which they can be tipped/emptied.

If your bin, toilet, wash station or temporary fence gets damaged or is vandalized a repair/fix fee may incur according to the terms and conditions. To schedule a repair on a damaged or vandalized service or to request a replacement, please call 306-931-2604.
Ordering Services & Booking Tippings

All online orders (by our contact form or by email) must occur at least 24-72 hours in advance to allow for processing, as terms and conditions apply. Please note there is no guaranteed delivery time, so if a service is needed first thing in the morning, delivery should be scheduled for the day prior.
For a quick delivery, including same day, emergency (in an hour) or next day please call 306-931-2604 or come to our store location. (Please note: depending on how urgent the service is needed an additional charge may apply).
Depending on when you would like the service we can accommodate you. The usual time for when we can deliver a service to you is in 1-4 days. You may pre-book any service up to 12 months or 1 year in advance.

Tipping is when our truck driver comes to you, picks up the bin, and empties/dumps it. We can then either leave the bin for you to continue to keep using or remove the bin from your site if you are finished.
Call 306-931-2604 or email tippings@allansdisposalservices.com and say your Account Name or Company Name and which service (if you have multiple) you would like tipped/cleaned.
We can place all services anywhere on your property lines. If the service is going on the street, sidewalk or boulevard a permit is required. Placement of the service must be told to us before the delivery date.
Placement Requirements:
- MUST be enough room for our truck to drop off any service (20ft wide road and 16-18ft entrance).
- For All Bins: Have to stay 2 meters away from any fence, wall, or other bins. Bins CANNOT be placed on concrete, paving stones, stamped concrete, or driveways.
- For All Portable Toilets/Wash Stations/Water: Have to be on a flat surface and within 40ft from the drop-off. The standard toilets need a 5ft opening and the wheelchair-accessible toilets need a 6ft opening so they can get through (ex: your gate is 7ft so toilets will go through).
- For All Temporary Fencing: Have to be within the property lines of your site.
Yes, you can! Before we can place it on the street for you a local permit is required to place any service on the street in front of your site. This must be done by yourself. If a permit is not completed by yourself a fine by the City will be given.
Please note that bin customizations are available based on the intended use, bin size, and current stock availability. All other customizations are dependent on the use and current stock availability. Multiple customization is allowed. Additional charges apply to all customizations and are priced accordingly.
- Roll-Off bins can be customized with a metal lid.
- Front-Load bins can be customized with plastic or metal lids, chains, lock, and auto-lock.
- Portable toilets can be customized with extra hand sanitizer, lock, light and an insulated blanket.
- Portable water can be customized with attachable hose and paper cups.
- Temporary fencing can be customized with gates, locks, clamps, sand bags and shade cloths.
The mileage starts from the edge of Saskatoon to when the truck reaches your place/site.
If the bin is already at your house we can pick up the bin for you and change it to the right bin you wanted instead. If the bin is still at our store, we can change the bin for you here to fit your different needs. If the bin is on its way to your house, we can come back to the store and change the bin for you and deliver it back. (There may be an additional fee charge, for any of these scenarios).
You may cancel or change an order by calling 306-931-2604. Please have your order, with the invoice number available when
canceling or making changes, or just mention the name that the order is under and the service. All order modifications must occur a minimum of one full business day (24 hours) in advance of the original service date and confirmation from us must be given that the order has been canceled. Refunds are evaluated individually for each customer and service provided.
You may make modifications to the bin/toilet location by calling 306-931-2604. If we are planning on tipping the bin or cleaning the toilet the same day you want it relocated to the same site no charge will occur. If you want it changed earlier or planning on relocating the bin/toilet to a different site a fee will incur.
You may make changes by calling 306-931-2604. If we have not already delivered the service, call us and let us know which alternate day you would like. Please note some days we will not be able to deliver based on availability.

It is not necessary however you can have someone onsite. Please be mindful that the person cannot be standing near the Allan’s vehicle for safety purposes. Please let us know beforehand so we are aware. If you would like a phone call before the deliver/service please let us know and we will make a note of it to call you.
Bills, Payments & Contracts
Allan’s Disposal Services Ltd. accepts e-transfer to payD@allans.blue make sure to include your name or company name that the service is under, your phone number, and if you could invoice numbers you wish to pay. We accept all major credit cards including: American Express, MasterCard and Visa over the phone and in-store. You can also go into our store location and pay with: Interact Debit, Cash or Certified Cheque.
Allan’s Disposal Services Ltd. takes a $$ deposit from you to cover the basic fees. Basic fees are determined based on the type of service. If your bill is under the deposited amount a credit will be issued back to you for the difference. If your bill is over the deposit a remaining amount is owed to us.
Contracts are only for long-term services for example a 3-year front load bin for garbage to be tipped/emptied twice a week. It is to guarantee the customer(s) a long-term better pricing.
You will be given a copy of your contract on the day you sign it. If you would like an extra copy email allans@sasktel.net or call 306-931-2604 and we will send you a copy.
This typically applies to roll-off bins. If your original quoted tonnage is less than the actual tonnage, yes. Additional costs associated with that disposal will follow the terms of the agreement. For example, if you were quoted 2 tons but the weight of the garbage in the bin weighed at the landfill was 4 tons. You will be charged for 4 tons.

What Can I Put in Bin
Customers have to make sure that their bin is filled or made to be level off; meaning they have to be under where the bin may overflow. If the bin is overflowing, for example, it creates hazards when tipping the bin the bin might not be tipped or extra charges may apply.
Please make sure your bin is leveled and NOT overflowed.
All the following items can be placed in the waste bin:
- Household garbage
- Non-recyclable materials
- Pet waste (cat litter, dog poo)
- Styrofoam
- Diapers & Hygiene Products
- Elm wood
- Human soiled products
- Air & Water Filters (Furnace, Air, Pool, HRV)
- Food packaging that is not made of biodegradable material (vacuum-sealed, air-sealed, plastic bags)
- Art supplies (canvas, paint, easel, beads, felt, pom pom, buttons)
- Ashes & Briquets (BBQ, fireplace, firepit, coals)
- Baking Liners (foil, silicon, plastic)
- Vacuum Cleaner Waste
- Cigarette Waste

When using disposable bags placed in the organic/compost bin these should be ONLY BPI-certified compostable bags.

If you ordered a waste or construction/renovation bin YES you can! Place all appliances at the back of the bin beside the door, as they belong in a separate section at the landfill. Please let us know if you are planning on putting appliances in the bin. All appliances will have an extra charge applied. Appliances include: microwaves, fridges, dishwasher, air conditioner, stove, etc.

If there is any material that is different than what the bin originally is, please let us know.
Extra charges may be applied depending on what was placed in the bin and the type of bin. These charges are based on a case-by-case scenario. This is because our crew will be required to remove all the unrelated material out of the bin manually by hand as the dumping site will not accept the material in the bin. For example, if you have a recycling bin (meant only for recyclable materials) and there are garbage bags (full of household waste) in the bin. The recycling center will not accept the bin because it is not full of recyclable material. The bin instead will have to be brought to the landfill and extra charges will apply. We would like to make sure all material is recycled or disposed of the right way to better help the environment.

- Talk to your Allan’s representative about the details you would like to change by emailing or calling them directly.
Email Us at info@allans.blue or call 306-931-2604 and mention the name of your account and which invoices/statements/estimates/receipts/contracts you would like and we will email them to you.
We Accept All These Methods
- E-transfer : payD@allans.blue with the amount you would like to pay and in the notes/message put the name of your account and phone number.
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) : call 306-931-2604 , email payD@allans.blue , or come to our store location 777-60th St W Saskatoon SK to tell us your credit card number with the amount you would like to pay on your account. If you would like your credit card number kept on file so that payments can be paid monthly or when you request it we can also set that up for you as well.
- Debit & Cash: Come to our store location 777-60th St W Saskatoon SK to pay the amount on your account with your debit card.
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) : call 306-931-2604 , email payD@allans.blue , or come to our store location 777-60th St W Saskatoon SK and we will help set up this pay method with you.
