Credits are automatically applied for 6 months after your referral becomes a customer — you don’t need to track anything manually.
ANNUAL BONUS: Every year, the person with the most successful referrals will automatically receive a special yearly bonus credit — no public announcement required.
To keep things straightforward for everyone:
First referral counts: Only the first person to refer a new customer earns credit.
30-day referral window: Referrals must be submitted within 30 days after the new customer becomes active.
Active service required: If the new customer finishes service before the referral is submitted, no credit will apply.
Credits last 6 months: Once valid, credits stay in your account for 6 months.
Submit referrals early to make sure your credit applies.
