Frequently Asked Questions
You can book as early as a year in advance. We require at least 2 weeks’ notice, but we understand that sometimes plans change. For urgent needs, you can book as little as 2–3 days before your event, and of course, we also accommodate same-day or emergency bookings.
Yes! We work around your event schedule. If your event or wedding starts at a specific time, we ensure your toilets, bins, fencing, or wash stations arrive before guests arrive and are picked up at a convenient time.
Absolutely. All units are clean and ready on delivery. We also offer service cleanings and tippings based on your event/wedding (number of guests, food/alcohol service, etc.), ensuring service is done without disrupting your event or wedding.
Yes! We can deliver and set up at venues, parks, public areas, farms, or any event location. Just let us know where your event or wedding will be, and we’ll make it work. Some restrictions may apply.
We understand that plans can shift. If you need to move your services to another day, we can accommodate. Just let us know as soon as possible, ideally no later than 1 day before your scheduled delivery.
